The Word of God has always been under attack.  However, today like never before, we see God’s Truth called into question among “professing Christians”. As the influence of the “emergent church” and extreme postmodernism creeps into the church, Christians need to be equipped on how to best attack the error while not losing our opportunity to reach the very people that have been deceived.

While this is going on, the church is failing to see the danger that lurks because of her preoccupation with her own "pet peeves”. Unfortunately, in the church today, God’s people are more intentional about convincing “converted” people to their brand of Christianity than they are reaching unconverted people with the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ.  All the while, people are slipping into eternity lost.
